This house is fully furnished, and has a spacious layout with larger bedrooms including a king, two queen beds, one twin bed, and one full-sized pull-out couch. Everything is in place for a great academic or short term rental experience. There are newer appliances including washer/dryer, and the house is relatively easy to heat and cool. An inside utility room provides additional storage for bikes and luggage, and trash/recycling is provided. There is ample, assigned parking for three vehicles. The house is well-cared for and provides a unique experience for the winter/academic season.
